Can anyone purchase Caskets from ECO WARRIORS Funeral Supplies?
Yes! Everyone is welcome to browse and purchase from our funeral product range.
Purchasing a casket from ECO WARRIORS is quick and easy. In normal circumstances, we can have the Casket delivered to you or your preferred Funeral Home / Crematorium within 7 days with FREE Road Freight across lower 48 States.
If you require your Casket in a more timely manner, we do offer Two-day Air Freight to your nearest Major Airport for an additional fee.
ECO WARRIORS Funeral Supplies has many styles of Caskets, Urns, Shrouds and other Funeral products available to purchase.
Can I buy a Casket online, and how do I place my order?
Yes! The process is simple: you choose the product type and any desired customization, and we will deliver directly to you or the Funeral Home or Crematorium of your choice.
It is illegal for funeral homes to refuse you this right or charge you any additional Delivery or Handling Fees.
If you prefer, we can also deliver your casket to a residential address (such as your home) or to a storage facility.
What are the benefits of buying from Eco Warriors instead of a funeral home?
Whether you are planning a funeral after the loss of a loved one, or pre-planning your own funeral, it can be a very emotional and stressful time.

Will Funeral Homes allow ECO WARRIORS Funeral Supplies Caskets etc ?
Yes! In actual fact, it is illegal for Funeral Homes to refuse you this right or charge you any additional Delivery or Handling Fees.
Can I have a Casket, Carrier or Shroud shipped directly to the Funeral Home or Crematorium ?
Yes! We will ship your selected Casket, Body Carrier or Shroud to your prefered delivery location whether that be your Residential Home, Business, or directly to the Funeral Home or Crematorium.
What about the quality? Is it comparable to products bought through a Funeral Home?
Yes! Our Funeral products are not only Sustainable and Biodegradable, but are of high quality.
All our Willow, Seagrass and Bamboo Caskets are handmade by Experienced Artisan Weavers who make each Casket with the attention to detail and care, as if it was for one of their own loved ones.
Will my Casket come with a pillow or will I need to buy them separately?
Our Willow, Bamboo and Seagrass Caskets all come with natural Calico liner, Pillow and Privacy Shield, included in the listed price.
I want to Pre-Plan my Funeral ahead of time. Is this possible ?
Yes! You can purchase your preferred Casket, Shroud, Body Carrier or Urns and have it delivered to you now or have it delivered at the time of need, whether that is months or years in the future. Contact us to discuss your options further.
Most of Eco Warriors caskets come in four sizes, being a 6’5″ Large Adult Casket, a 5’9″ Medium Adult Casket, a 4’ Child Casket and a 3’ Infant Casket.
The size that is more suited to you or your loved one, will depend on your / their height.
What payment options are available?
Eco Warriors accepts all major credit cards, afterpay, paypal, apple pay, affirm and more.
Can I pay with life insurance?

Eco Warriors is pleased to offer the following Shipping Options:
- FREE Road Freight across lower 48 States – This can take up to 7 days.
- Two-day Air Freight to your nearest Major Airport is available for an additional fee.
- We can ship to your Home, or Business or to the Funeral Home, Funeral Director, Crematorium or Cemetery.
- Delivery may be longer due to circumstances out of our control.
- Goods are dispatched within 1 – 2 Business days
- Burial Shrouds can be delivered overnight, in most cases, to the lower 48 States.
In normal circumstances, your order will be processed within 24-48 hours during business days, and will be shipped FREE via Road Freight by Fed Ex, UPS or Delta Courier Services.
Expedited Air Delivery is available for an extra fee, and will take approx. 1-2 business days.
What happens after I place my order?
Once we have processed your order, it will be collected by one of our authorized courier partners, and will be shipped to the delivery address you entered when placing your order. This may be your Residential Address, place of Business, or directly to your chosen Funeral Provider.
What should I do if the product arrives late or damaged?
In the case of your item arriving late, please allow up to 5 business days for your item to arrive. (1 to 2 days processing, and 3 days shipping) If your order hasn’t arrived by day 5, please contact us so we can follow up your order for you.
If your item arrives damaged, WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
The 72 Hours Term is based on 3 BUSINESS DAYS- Weekends will NOT be part of the 3 WORKING DAY NOTIFICATION PERIOD.
NOTE: Unless otherwise stated on this Website, product returns will be handled in the following manner.
In order to ensure the best possible return service, customer must contact us prior to any returns to obtain proper return instructions – including an Approved RETURNS CODE that must be used or goods will NOT be accepted.
Compliance with this measure will prevent unnecessary delays and/or additional shipping charges. Any item that has been refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and at the senders cost/s.
This applies to most urns that are not personalized – special order or engraved. The customer has three (3) business days from the delivery date to contact us to initiate a return.
Expedited fees will not be reimbursed unless the delivery was not fulfilled properly. The customer pays return shipping charges and the package must be insured for the full amount of purchase. If the return is damaged during transit back to our warehouse and not insured up to the full amount, the customer will be responsible for the difference.
Not all urns-shrouds-caskets carry the full refund guarantee and those whose sale is final / or a restocking fee is applied during a return will be duly noted on the product information page.
In order to honor the full refund guarantee the following conditions must be met:
- Item is returned within the allotted time frame.
- The product must be in re-saleable condition including ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- The Urn cannot have been filled with ashes.
- The Urn was not personalized by engraving or special applique’s.
- Any Body Shroud MUST NOT have been unwrapped, used, or tried in any way.

What is the Funeral Trade Rule?
The Funeral Trade Rule, enacted by the Federal Trade Commission on April 30, 1984, and amended effective 1994, was designed to protect consumers by requiring that they receive adequate information concerning the goods and services they may purchase from a Funeral provider.’
All Funeral & Funeral service providers, ( i.e.- Funeral Homes, Funeral Directors Low-Coast DIRECT Cremation Service and Cemeteries – Cemeterians et.al. ) must comply with US Government LAW & it’s Funeral Trade Rule.
YES – We can sell you, your Family, and / or an associate a Casket of choice and have it delivered within the Lower 48 States for FREE by road freight within 3-7 Days on average & all depending on where you are based ( or 1-2 Day AIR FREIGHT across North America to your nearest Airport at extra cost ) to your chosen Funeral Service Provider, Funeral Home – Funeral Director – Cremation Service Provider or Cemetery Manager
The Funeral Trade Rule defines such terms as & among others, funeral provider, funeral goods, and funeral services and specifies various consumer rights, as well as specific parameters in which funeral industry goods and service providers must respect consumer rights and conduct their business.
By purchasing your own Casket you can save at least $500 and up to $1300 and even more in some circumstances ! – all with the LAW being on your side enforcing your right/s.
That’s right- you can call us & place an order and have your Casket, Urn, or Body Shroud etc. delivered DIRECTLY to the Funeral Home of your choice and save a small fortune – BY LAW !
As a strong suggestion – The KEY to being sure to save is to ask your chosen / preferred Funeral Service – Cremation Service Provider for an itemised quote for Service and Casket –BEFORE you tell them you will provide your own Casket as its been known ( should folks tell them BEFORE they received your itemised costs in the WRITTEN QUOTE ) by many Funeral Homes controlled by large profit driven conglomerates to increase costs in other areas of the Funeral Service to cover any losses from the huge mark-up on Caskets over the years & can also alter other traditional service needs & charges.

What is the ECO WARRIORS™ Funeral Supplies “Fair & Share Policy” ?
Let it be said – clear & respectful to all parties, we here at ECO WARRIORS™ Funeral Supplies. work very closely with Independent Funeral Homes – and we are very mindful they obviously need to make money on the sale of a Casket and that’s fine. They should, as they have businesses & commercial enterprises to run, staff to pay, rent or mortgages to pay, electricity bills & all sorts of overheads to pay and so a fair and reasonable mark-up is fully understood, agreed & supported.
What we DON’T DO is work with Funeral Homes that can’t work within reason regarding Casket “mark-up” against their cost. “Fair & Share” is the key here we believe – it’s time the CONSUMER took back full control.
We are here for YOU the CONSUMER first and foremost and we don’t care nor have any desire to play with greedy Corporates who demand low-pricing to buy – and sell ridiculously high priced – just to feed all the Multi-tiers of Senior & Executive Management, the Fat Cats & “ Dead -Wood “ up and down the aisles and hallways of Corporate Ivory Towers & Office Buildings with views for miles.
We don’t care and nor should you ( in our Honest Opinion ) & to help pay for the Private Planes and rides, +15 x chair exotic Boardrooms, Fine Art on the Walls – and aid them to build very health returns to fund greedy shareholders who don’t care HOW they get the profits & R.O.I’s – just get them by any means ! – is their mantra.
