Refunds and Returns Policy
This Website, including all of its features and content (the “Web Site”) is owned and made available by ECO WARRIORS LLC, a Delaware Corporation.
ECO WARRIORS Funeral Supplies is a DBA of ECO WARRIORS LLC.
By using the Website and purchasing the products sold on it, you accept the terms of this Refund and Return Policy.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 business days from the order delivery date. If 10 business days have passed since your purchase delivery date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Returns and Cancellations
WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY FOR A DAMAGED ITEM. The 72 Hours Term is based on 3 BUSINESS DAYS- Weekends will NOT be part of the 3 WORKING DAY NOTIFICATION PERIOD.
NOTE: Unless otherwise stated on this Website, product returns will be handled in the following manner.
In order to ensure the best possible return service, customer must contact us prior to any returns to obtain proper return instructions – including an Approved RETURNS CODE that must be used or goods will NOT be accepted.
Compliance with this measure will prevent unnecessary delays and/or additional shipping charges. Any item that has been refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and at the senders cost/s.
This applies to most urns that are not personalized – special order or engraved. The customer has three (3) business days from the delivery date to contact us to initiate a return.
Expedited fees will not be reimbursed unless the delivery was not fulfilled properly. The customer pays return shipping charges and the package must be insured for the full amount of purchase. If the return is damaged during transit back to our warehouse and not insured up to the full amount, the customer will be responsible for the difference.
Not all urns-shrouds-caskets carry the full refund guarantee and those whose sale is final / or a restocking fee is applied during a return will be duly noted on the product information page.
In order to honor the full refund guarantee the following conditions must be met:
- Item is returned within the allotted time frame.
- The product must be in re-saleable condition including ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- The Urn cannot have been filled with ashes.
- The Urn was not personalized by engraving or special applique’s.
- Any Body Shroud MUST NOT have been unwrapped, used, or tried in any way.

All Other Non-Personalized Products
Including but not limited to non-personalized Urns, Caskets, Carriers, Shrouds, and other non-personalized items MUST be returned in 100% AS NEW Re-Saleable condition within ORIGINAL packaging & wrapping.
Re-Sellers – Funeral Homes- Distribution Partners and or clients will have TEN (10) business days from the delivery date to return the non-customized item(s) for a refund ( or a CREDIT ) less a 15% up to a USD$1K Invoice Value.
The Restocking fee will be charged unless otherwise stated below in ‘Restocking Fees for Other Products.’
Re-Sellers – Funeral Homes- Distribution Partners and or clients will have TEN (10) business days from the delivery date to return the non-customized item(s) for a refund ( or a CREDIT ) less a 10% OVER a USD$1K Invoice Value. The Restocking fee will be charged unless otherwise stated below in ‘Restocking Fees for Other Products.’
Any AIR FREIGHT, EXPRESS delivery charges and personalized accessories such as Memorial Plaques, Engraved Plates etc. will not be refunded.
The product must be in a 100% AS NEW – totally Resellable condition. Customer/s will pay return shipping charges and the package must be insured for the full amount of purchase value as per the original Invoice Value.
If the returning goods are damaged during transit back to our ECO WARRIORS Funeral Supplies warehouse and not insured up to the full value of the product/s, the customer will be responsible for the difference. IF there is any shortfall – we will notify you and take – allocate that amount required from Funds Owed to you.

Including but not limited to personalized: granite headstones, grave markers, ceramic pictures, personalized Urns, engraved name plates and any other such personalized items we may carry which cannot be resold once personalized.
Customer has 3 ( three) business days to cancel order for a full refund provided no work which permanently alters the product has been started.
Once the order has been processed and a layout proof has been sent to the customer and the customer wishes to cancel the order a service fee of 25% will be automatically incurred.
If work has already started in which alterations to the stock item have been made, there will be no returns or cancellations allowed.
If the item has been damaged or made incorrectly, ECO WARRIORS Funeral Supplies reserves the right to replace the defective/incorrect product with one that meets the original order. You will be required to provide photographed details of the defective / incorrect product for internal review prior to any action being taken.
The customer has TEN (10) business days from the delivery date to report defective or incorrect products.
Note: If the product was personalized and it was received in a damaged condition we reserve the right to replace the item as it was originally ordered.
Other Non-Returnable Products
Full Color Porcelain Memorial Plaques, Cast Bronze Plaques and any other bronze item which is made to order cannot be returned for a refund. Customers must make certain that if ordering any one of these items it is the correct one before completing the order.
